Currently working as a Software Test Engineer after recently graduating from University of Strathclyde in 2009. He is continually on the search to improve how to approach testing at a personal level and improve the awareness of the importance of QA.

He is a strong believer in the importance of people skills in testing, both for managing sensitive situations and being seen as approachable at all times.
Having a quirky sense of humour doesn't hurt either!
